ph3Opportunity Overview /h3 pAs a member of the Rhythm Spain field-based team, you will be working within the field of rare MC4R pathway diseases. As the Hospital Affairs Lead (HAL), you will own sales responsibility for our product in Spain across its approved indications, work collaboratively within the national and international teams to lead the sales strategy and serve as a trusted commercial partner to external experts and decision makers through scientific expertise, project management, network formation and service offerings. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liHave regional sales responsibility for our product /li liDevelop strong partnerships with key external experts, payers and multidisciplinary stakeholders /li liDeliver growth in line with expectations for the Spanish business /li liSupport development and expansion of comprehensive care programs and patient support programs /li liFacilitate referral pathways between peripheral sites and prescribing centers /li liLead an omnichannel customer approach relevant for customer segmentation and individual customer preferences/objectives /li liLead the planning (i.e. account plans), tracking and reporting process for the territory /li liChallenge current practice to deliver the best outcomes for patients /li liBe able to discuss benefits of clinical data to improve the lives of patients (in line with approved indications), creating strong product advocacy /li liIdentify and input into key projects as part of project team, e.g. national meetings /li liCollect and share customer and environmental insights to deliver optimal patient management /li liLead or support regional and national conferences and best in class local educational meetings /li liRegularly perform market,



customer competitor observation /li liAccountable for using CRM system for business planning /li liEnsure adherence with compliance, ethics, and general law /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liAcademic degree (science or economy), MBA, PharmD or PhD is a plus /li liAt least 5 years sales experience with a documented tangible track record in pharma/biotech industry in Spain /li liOrphan drugs/specialty care experience preferred /li liExperience with building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders (HCPs, specialist nurses, hospital pharmacists, payors, multi-disciplinary teams) /li liSound experience in facilitating referral pathways /li liProven experience with successful launches /li liExperience and track record in use of IT based/virtual customer interaction and promotional tools /li liExperience in site specific project management /li liCommercial acumen and financially savvy /li liAbility to identify opportunities, manage complexity and priorities and liaise, influence internally to ‘make it happen’ whilst being comfortable working with uncertainty /li liNot accepting the status quo, working with a sense of urgency to deliver results /li liSelf-starter mentality who feels comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment /li liCross-functional mindset focused on a seamless collaboration with the medical tandem partner /li liStrong team player with can-do mentality fostering integrity and a collaborative approach /li liExcellent communication and presentation skills - fluent in Spanish and in verbal and written English /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pThis role is field-based in Spain.
