Experteer Overview
In this role you will be the face and voice of Deel for clients, building durable relationships and turning them into long-term revenue growth. You’ll act as a trusted advisor on operational and product issues, while championing new capabilities to expand clients’ Deel footprint. You’re a proactive generalist who thrives in a collaborative, high-performance team and enjoys solving complex, ambiguous problems with data-driven insights. This is a chance to shape how integral customers experience Deel at scale.

• Manage a diverse portfolio of accounts in the market segment
• Identify and flag risks that may cause churn and coordinate swift resolutions
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and conduct regular business reviews
• Act as the voice of the customer by feeding product and operational feedback to internal teams

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years of relevant experience including client-facing work
• Experience in at least one: fast-growth startup, top-tier management consulting, investment banking, or private equity
• Strong relationship-building ability and calm, constructive demeanor under pressure
• Quantitatively inclined and data-savvy with ability to draw insights from complex data
• Self-starter with growth mindset and high responsibility
• Proven track record of achievement and impact
• Solid analytical foundation with data manipulation and synthesis skills
• Curiosity and desire to make an impact
