We are looking for a senior operator to design and run a repeatable system that ships multiple community events across Europe every month, plus large scale brand events and KOL retreats shaped by what our communities and partners actually need. You will own the model end to end: the playbook, a small on the ground team, the quality bar, and the metrics that prove events drive growth. /ph3What You'll Be Doing /h3ulliBuild and run a repeatable system that delivers multiple community events per month across European markets at a consistent quality bar /liliOwn large scale brand events and KOL retreats from concept to execution, driven by real community and partner needs /liliTurn one off wins into documented playbooks so quality holds as volume scales, and own budgets, vendors, and logistics with precision /liliAlign growth, marketing, and partnership stakeholders, hold the line on priorities and tradeoffs,



and solve problems live on site /liliDefine and track the metrics that prove events drive growth: attendance, activation, retention, partner and KOL engagement, and cost per outcome /liliScale the Events and Social Media playbook to multiple European countries, from the get go. /li /ulh3What We Look For In You /h3ulliA track record running events at scale, ideally recurring multi market programs /liliStrong operational discipline: detailed planning, precision, and repeatable process design /liliFast, calm problem solving under pressure and on the ground /liliConfidence to make decisions and advocate firmly for the community inside the business /liliTeam leadership experience, including hiring and managing people distributed across markets /liliSharp internal stakeholder management across functions /liliProficiency in English is required to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partners across Europe /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
