You'll play a key role in helping managers build engaged teams, develop talent and create outstanding employee experience while supporting the continued growth of our Iberian business. Every day will bring new challenges, new conversations and opportunities to influence how we work. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 h3Partner with the Business /h3 ul liBuild trusted relationships with managers and business leaders across Iberia. /li liProvide practical HR guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. /li liUnderstand business priorities and translate them into people’s initiatives that support performance and growth. /li liAct as a trusted advisor, helping managers navigate day-to-day people’s challenges. /li /ul h3Talent Organisation /h3 ul liSupport organisational design and workforce planning initiatives. /li liContribute to talent reviews and succession planning discussions.
/li liIdentify development opportunities and partner on learning initiatives that help people reach their full potential. /li liWork closely with our Talent Acquisition team to attract, hire and onboard great talent. /li /ul h3Employee Experience /h3 ul liPartner with our Labour Relations Lead on employee relations and performance management matters. /li liSupport annual HR processes including performance reviews, salary reviews and talent discussions. /li liHelp create a positive, inclusive and high‑performing culture where people feel engaged and supported. /li liChampion our Henry Schein values everything you do. /li /ul h3Data Continuous Improvement /h3 ul liUse people’s insights and HR data to identify trends and recommend practical improvements. /li liParticipate in local and regional HR projects. /liliContinuously looking for opportunities to simplify processes and improve the employee experience. /li /ul h3What You’ll Bring /h3 pWe're looking for someone who enjoys working with people as much as they enjoy understanding the business. You'll combine strong interpersonal skills with a practical mindset and a genuine desire to help managers succeed. /p h3Experience /h3 ul liA minimum of five years of experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role. /li liSolid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, talent development and core HR processes. /li liExperience supporting managers in a dynamic business environment. /li liPrevious experience within an international or matrix organisation would be an advantage. /li liKnowledge of the Spanish labour market; exposure to Portugal is a plus. /li liProfessional fluency in English.
