As DevSecOps Team Lead, you bridge Security, Operations and Engineering to scale a Security-as-Code ecosystem. You lead a team of engineers, define strategy, and embed security into the product of a fast-growing SaaS platform. You empower developers with automated guardrails and self-service security tools, driving secure delivery at scale. This role offers impact across cloud architectures, governance, and incident leadership, in a company expanding globally.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of DevSecOps engineers; manage performance and career paths
• Define the DevSecOps strategy and multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business and engineering goals
• Serve as primary security liaison for Engineering and Product during Product Discovery
• Lead Policy-as-Code implementation using OPA or Kyverno for automated compliance
• Oversee secure cloud architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and Kubernetes with Zero Trust principles
• Evaluate and manage third-party security vendors and tools (Snyk, Wiz, Cloudflare)

• Define KPIs (MTTR, vulnerability burn-down, false positives) and drive incident response and post-mortems

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in Security, DevOps, or Infrastructure roles
• 2+ years in a leadership capacity
• Proven track record of scaling security in cloud-native, high-growth environments
• experience with Terraform/OpenTofu, Ansible, and CI/CD (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Deep knowledge of Kubernetes security (RBAC, Network Policies, Admission Controllers) and cloud security services
• Experience implementing SAST, DAST, SCA, and Vault at scale
• Proficiency in Python, Go, or TypeScript for internal tooling
