pul liSupport daily clinical operations and provide direct patient care as needed. /li liAssist with staff orientation, competency validation, and clinical education. /li liCollaborate with leadership to promote patient safety and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Job Details /h3 h3Description /h3 h3RESPONSIBILITIES: /h3 h3Clinical Operations /h3 ul liSupport daily clinical operations and provide direct patient care as needed. /li liAssist with staff orientation, competency validation, and clinical education. /li liCollaborate with leadership to promote patient safety and operational excellence. /li /ul h3Quality, Compliance Performance Improvement /h3 ul liCoordinate the facility's Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI) Program. /li liPrepare reports and documentation for leadership, committees, Governing Board, corporate, and regulatory agencies. /li liMaintain continuous compliance with CMS Conditions for Coverage, OSHA, HIPAA, accreditation standards, and organizational policies. /li liAssist with accreditation surveys, regulatory inspections, policy review, and survey readiness activities. /li /ul h3Infection Prevention Risk Management /h3 ul liServe as the facility's Infection Prevention Coordinator. /li /ul h3Credentialing Staff Compliance /h3 ul liCoordinate provider credentialing and recredentialing activities. /li liPartner with Human Resources to support onboarding and ongoing regulatory compliance. /li /ul h3Education Leadership /h3 ul liCoordinate required certifications and annual education programs. /li liProvide guidance on quality improvement, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, and patient safety initiatives. /li liParticipate in committees and perform other duties as assigned.



/li /ul h3Knowledge And Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of ambulatory surgery center operations, QAPI principles, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance. /li liUnderstanding of CMS Conditions for Coverage, OSHA, HIPAA, and accreditation standards. /li liStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills. /li liAbility to interpret data, manage multiple priorities, and maintain confidentiality. /li liProficiency with Microsoft Office and quality reporting systems. /li /ul h3Education / Requirements /h3 ul liCurrent unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment. /li liBachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred. /li liMinimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience; ambulatory surgery or healthcare quality experience preferred. /li liExperience in quality management, infection prevention, regulatory compliance, or risk management preferred. /li liCurrent BLS certification required; ACLS and PALS required or obtained within organizational guidelines. /li liCertification in Infection Prevention (CIC) or Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), or willingness to obtain, preferred. /li /ul h3ENVIRONMENTAL / WORKING CONDITIONS /h3 ul liWorks in an ambulatory surgery center environment with potential exposure to communicable diseases and biohazards.
