Experteer Overview
As Head of Charter, you will own the charter division and drive growth through strategic leadership and hands‑on business development. You will shape the department’s direction, expand the client and yacht portfolio, and improve revenue and profitability. You’ll lead a team, build high‑level relationships with HNW clients and industry partners, and implement scalable processes. This role offers autonomy to influence the future of the charter operation within a premier yachting company. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences and market presence.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and execute the Charter division growth strategy and market positioning
• Own departmental performance including revenue, budgets, and Pu0026L management
• Drive new business via client acquisition, yacht introductions, and central agency opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with HNW/UHNW clients, yacht owners, brokers, and partners
• Negotiate and close charter agreements across retail and central agency channels
• Grow the charter portfolio and market presence
• Lead and develop the Charter team and plan future expansion




• Set performance targets and reporting structures for commercial success
• Collaborate with operations to ensure exceptional client/owner experiences
• Oversee charter marketing (listings, events, digital presence)
• Provide regular pipeline, bookings, revenue and performance reporting

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 5 years’ experience leading a luxury yacht charter business or department
• Strong experience in retail and/or central agency charter markets
• Established network of charter clients, brokers, and industry contacts
• Proven ability to generate new business and develop commercial opportunities
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, and profitability
• Strong leadership and team management experience
• Commercially driven, analytical, and results‑focused
• Ability to work autonomously and own outcomes
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Fluent English; additional languages advantageous
