This role offers a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of technology, business strategy, and business development, working directly with senior stakeholders, Partners, and clients to shape technology-driven solutions. /ppAs a member of our team in the bEY GDS Spain office in Malaga under a hybrid system (two times per week in the office) /b, you will collaborate closely with other teams, supporting strategic consulting engagements, technology transformation initiatives, and business development opportunities. This is a high-level consulting role that requires strong business acumen, broad technology understanding, and the ability to engage confidently with C-level stakeholders. /ppbYour key responsibilities /b /ppYou will play a critical role in helping clients solve complex business challenges through technology-enabled strategies and transformation initiatives. /pulliLead and support IT strategy and technology consulting engagements across a variety of industries. /liliParticipate in business development, sales, and pre-sales activities, helping shape proposals and client solutions. /liliUnderstand client needs and translate business challenges into technology-enabled recommendations and transformation roadmaps. /liliAdvise clients on areas such as IT strategy, operating models, technology governance, and application landscapes. /liliBuild trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and contribute to strategic decision-making processes. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams to design integrated solutions that align business objectives with technology capabilities. /liliManage multiple initiatives simultaneously, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. /li /ulpbSkills and attributes for success /b /ppStrong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capability to simplify complex business and technology challenges. /ppExcellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, particularly with executive and C-level audiences. /ppStrong consulting mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to changing client priorities. /ppAbility to combine technology understanding with business and financial perspectives.



/ppProven ability to influence decision-making and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical stakeholders. /ppAgile and collaborative approach to working in international and multicultural environments. /ppbTo qualify for the role, you must have /b /pp10+ years of experience within a Big Four, consulting firm, or technology advisory environment. /ppProven experience in IT Strategy, Technology Consulting, Digital Transformation, or Technology Advisory. /ppExperience supporting or leading pre-sales, proposal development, business development, or commercial activities. /ppStrong experience engaging with senior client stakeholders and executive leadership teams. /ppBroad understanding of technology architecture, IT operating models, and business technology alignment. /ppExperience working across large and complex transformation portfolios. /ppFluency in English, both written and spoken. /ppbIdeally, you’ll also have /b /ppIntermediate or advanced level of French or German. /ppExperience within industries such as Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, Consumer Products, or other complex enterprise environments. /ppExposure to Enterprise Architecture, Technology Strategy, Vendor Strategy, or Technology Operating Models. /ppExperience working in international consulting environments. /ppRelevant technology or consulting certifications. /ppbWhat we look for /b /ppWe are looking for a commercially minded consulting professional who combines strong business acumen with a solid understanding of technology.
