This role combines btechnical leadership /b, barchitecture ownership /b, and bteam coordination /b, ensuring that cloud environments and infrastructure projects are secure, scalable, cost‑efficient, and aligned with strategic goals. /p pThe idóneo candidate will lead cloud architecture initiatives, coordinate technical teams, manage operational workflows, and collaborate with stakeholders across multiple areas. This includes responsibility for backlog management, project follow‑up, and ensuring smooth delivery of cloud initiatives. /p pbResponsibilities and Duties: /b /p pbTechnical Leadership Team Management /b /p ul liLead and mentor the engineering team, providing technical guidance and ensuring effective task delivery. /li liCoordinate daily operations, assign workloads (JIRA), and support in resolving technical blockers. /li liEnsure alignment between technical execution and project objectives. /li liDesign and implement scalable, secure, and highly available AWS architectures. /li liBuild cloud solutions using core AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, EKS/ECS, CloudFormation/CDK/Terraform). /li liApply AWS best practices and the Well‑Architected Framework. /li /ul pbInfrastructure Automation IaC /b /p ul liAutomate cloud infrastructure using Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK, and GitOps practices. /li liMaintain consistency, traceability,
and security across IaC deployments. /li /ul pbCloud Security Governance /b /p ul liImplement AWS security best practices (IAM governance, KMS, networking). /li liManage multi‑account governance and compliance frameworks (Organizations, SCPs, Control Tower). /li /ul pbOperational Coordination /b /p ul liParticipate in regular stakeholder and project follow‑up meetings (Landing Zone, IaC, migration planning). /li liOversee progress of cloud migration and operational tasks, ensuring timely delivery. /liliAssess cloud environments and propose improvements for cost, performance, and security. /li liPromote evolving AWS‑native solutions to enhance efficiency and scalability. /li /ul pbCross‑functional Collaboration /b /p ul liWork closely with development, operations, security, and architecture teams. /li liTranslate business needs into secure, scalable cloud solutions and provide technical leadership across the organization. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbMust‑have requirements: /b /p ul liBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. /li li5+ years of professional experience designing and implementing cloud architectures on AWS. /li liAWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional certification (or equivalent AWS certifications). /li liDemonstrated expertise with infrastructure‑as‑code tools, with bTerraform mandatory /b. /li liProven experience with core AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Lambda, EKS/ECS, IAM, and CloudFormation. /li liStrong knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and container orchestration platforms. /li liExperience implementing AWS security best practices, IAM governance, and compliance frameworks.
