Law, Labor Relations, Business Administration or similar /b (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus) /li liAt least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in labour relations processes in Portugal /li liExperience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is a mandatory. /li liFluency in bPortuguese, Spanish and English /b is mandatory. /li liYou are also knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation. /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization /li /ul pWe are looking for a candidate based in bMadrid /b who is willing and able to travel regularly to our production facilities in bPortugal, located in the Porto area /b.
