The bDT Project Manager /b (H/M), will be responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering projects that provide exceptional business value to users. /p pThis role requires a high degree of collaboration with leaders across the organization. /p pOtis is seeking a candidate who is passionate about driving impactful change, shaping the future of digital transformation, and contributing to the overall success of the organization. /p h3On a typical day you will: /h3 ul libProject Planning and Management: /b Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment. /li libScope, Schedule, and Resource Management: /b Manage all aspects of projects including scope, schedule, resources, quality, costs, change, and risk to ensure the overall program is aligned to and directly supports the achievement of strategic objectives. /li libFinancial Management: /b Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial objectives are met. Provide regular financial reports and forecasts to stakeholders. /li libProject Monitoring Control: /b Prepare estimates and detailed project plan for all phases of the project. Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources. /li libTransparency and Reporting: /b Provide status reporting regarding project milestones,



deliverable, dependencies, risks issues, communicating across leadership. /li libAgile Practices: /b Organize and facilitate release planning, daily stand-up meetings, and reviews. Track and communicate scrum metrics including team velocity and sprint/release progress. /li libQuality Management: /b Manage ongoing quality control and participate in quality issue resolution. /li libRisk Management: /b Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans. /li /ul h3What You Will Need to be Successful /h3 ul liExperience in Agile Waterfall methodologies. /li liExcellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills. /li liExperience in successfully leading projects and programs to from initiation to closure. /li liExperience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. /li liFlexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. /li liFlexible work hours when needed to align with counterparts at other Otis locations. /li liSupport diverse and inclusive work environment. /li liBachelor's Degree of Computer Science, IT, MIS or equivalent work experience. /li liMinimum of 5 years of hands‑on project management experience, including initiating, tracking and planning projects. /li liIntermediate level of proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, PPM and Agile tools. /li liPMP Certification required.
