You will lead the development of Data AI strategies, support their execution across functions and regions, and embed governance, learning, and value-driven thinking into everything we do. You will work closely with senior leaders, portfolio and value teams, and functional partners, connecting strategy, capabilities, and outcomes into a coherent and actionable approach. Lead initiatives that advance our brands and strengthen our reputation worldwide. Mentor and uplift emerging talent while pushing your own growth and influence. Put purpose into practice — embedding sustainability, access and social impact into every decision. Model the challenger mindset: question complexity, act with integrity and make things radically simple. Help shape a culture that’s ambitious, collaborative and serious about recognition and belonging. /ph3Main responsibilities /h3ulliDefine and evolve Opella’s Data AI strategy in alignment with business priorities. /liliDrive strategy execution by identifying initiatives, tracking progress, and measuring impact. /liliDesign Data AI operating models adapted to functions and regional needs. /liliPartner with the Value Office to identify, measure, and track value from Data AI initiatives. /liliEstablish learning and up-skilling programs to strengthen data and AI capabilities at all levels.
