If you’re driven by purpose and ready to bring your best to work that truly matters for patients, we invite you to join us. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSite identification and qualification. /li liComprehensive site management activities to ensure timely delivery of enrolment readiness, trial recruitment/enrolment and database locks; inclusive of performance management and issue mitigation, identification and resolution. /li liEnsures site and country‑level inspection readiness at all times. /li liUnderstanding local treatment paradigms and standard of care to support targeted feasibility and strategic allocation of trials as required. /li liVendor oversight for site monitoring activities at site/country level. /li liEstablishes and develops strong professional relationships with active/potential clinical investigators to expand/maintain clinical research partnership opportunities and provide an unparalleled experience for participation in Lilly clinical trials. /li liDevelopment of strategic institutional/site relationships to optimize the delivery of clinical trial programs; including across therapeutic areas where applicable. /li liTravel required (50‑75%).



/li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree or equivalent in a scientific or health‑related field. /li liMinimum of 5 years experience in the pharmaceutical industry and/or clinical research and strong working knowledge of Good Clinical Practices. /li liFluent in English, both verbal and written.
