From operational performance and partner governance to safety, compliance, and cost control, you will own the end-to-end execution of your regional perimeter. /ppbr/pp? bWhat You'll Do /b /ppbr/ppbOwn Operations /b /pulliLead a flagship Delivery Station with full accountability for performance, customer experience, safety, staffing, and financial results. /liliDrive key operational metrics including OTD, FTD, productivity, quality, and cost per parcel. /liliBuild a strong operational culture through visible leadership and daily engagement with teams on the ground. /li /ulpbLead a Regional Network /b /pulliManage and coach Site Leads across multiple Delivery Stations. /liliEnsure operational consistency, compliance, and execution excellence across the region. /liliConduct regular site visits and provide hands-on support during peaks and critical events.



/li /ulpbBuild Strong Delivery Partnerships /b /pulliManage DSP and staffing agency relationships across the region. /liliDrive partner performance through scorecards, audits, SLA reviews, and continuous improvement plans. /liliCollaborate with Procurement, HR, Finance, Legal, and Planning teams to scale operations efficiently. /li /ulpbDrive Continuous Improvement /b /pulliIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions. /liliOwn regional forecasting, budget planning, and performance recovery initiatives. /liliUse data to make fast, informed operational decisions. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/pp bAbout You /b /pulliBachelor’s/Master’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Transportation, Engineering, or Business /lili6+ year experience in managing a team plus a full PL with a strong background in logistics, transportation, express parcel, or last-mile operations. /liliProven success managing high-volume operations and outsourced delivery models. /liliComfortable balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution. /liliStrong analytical mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills. /liliFluent in English and Spanish and able to operate in fast-paced, high-growth environments. /liliWilling to travel regularly across the region (Madrid). /li /ulpbr/ppWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity within our workforce.
