Experteer Overview
You act as the strategic link between the company and its exclusive Foodservice partner in France to drive growth through market insights and new commercial opportunities. The role blends market analysis, relationship management, and in-depth market knowledge to support France-focused growth initiatives. You'll engage with cross-functional teams to execute the international commercial strategy and shape new business directions. This position offers impact by expanding the Out-of-Home channel and strengthening key partnerships. You will work in a fast-paced, business-driven environment with a clear growth mandate.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage day-to-day relationship with the strategic partner in the French market and provide commercial and operational support
• Join the commercial team on visits to key customers to gather market insights and identify opportunities
• Analyze evolution of the French Foodservice market to spot trends, segments and growth opportunities
• Drive development of new business opportunities,



product categories and commercial initiatives with growth potential
• Coordinate pricing, quotations, commercial terms, and sales initiatives with internal teams
• Collaborate with different departments to ensure effective execution of the international commercial strategy

Responsabilidades
• Solid experience in commercial or business development within Foodservice, HoReCa or FMCG with strong knowledge of the French market
• Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset with experience in margins, profitability and business planning
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build trust and manage strategic partners and stakeholders
• Strong business development mindset to identify and develop new market opportunities
• Willingness to travel ~50% of the time, mainly within France
• Fluency in French and Spanish
