You will play a key role in shaping the online shopping experience, ensuring that the right content reaches the right customer at the right time — always with a strong sales and performance focus. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEnsure the e‑commerce platform consistently delivers the right content to the right customer at the right time, aligned with brand guidelines and commercial priorities. /liliManage and execute quarterly promotional and content roadmaps in collaboration with product, marketing and business stakeholders.
/liliCoordinate and implement online campaigns end‑to‑end, transforming briefs into fully executed initiatives with a 360° view — from planning to launch and performance tracking. /liliRun regular quality checks across key store touchpoints (homepage, landing pages, category pages, product detail pages, microsites and promotional areas) to ensure high standards and optimal performance. /liliAct as a bridge between business owners and implementation teams, ensuring alignment with agreed SLAs, processes and timelines. /liliServe as a front‑end content gatekeeper, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timing of all online content. /liliBrief, coordinate and collaborate with internal teams and contributors involved in content, campaigns and promotions. /liliSupport the creation and optimization of customer communications such as newsletters and key digital touchpoints. /liliOptimize on‑site search merchandising through custom promotions, synonyms and auto‑completion strategies. /liliUse data and KPIs to guide decision‑making, identifying opportunities to improve conversion rates, traffic and overall online performance. /liliTest new functionalities and tools introduced to the e‑commerce platform, providing structured feedback based on user experience and results. /liliLocalize and/or adapt content from English into the local language (German/French) when required. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliExperience in e‑commerce, online content management or digital merchandising environments. /liliExcellent written and spoken English and German (other languages are a plus). /liliStrong commercial mindset with a clear focus on performance,
