The idóneo candidate will need to be an excellent communicator, comfortable with outbound lead generation, and excited about building and developing your own portfolio from scratch. /ph3Job Description /h3pbWORKING WITHIN THE TRAVEL DIVISION /b /pulliWorking on a mixture of incoming and externally sourced leads, as well as referred private jet clients, to build a list of repeat travel customers. /liliDemonstrating an expert understanding of the most suitable travel product for each customer, and making suitable recommendations. /liliManaging travel bookings from enquiry to completion, and collaborating with other company departments to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.



/liliMaintaining a “Customer First” attitude, and taking full ownership ofour customers in-destination experience, which may involve working outside of regular hours to ensure all customer trips run successfully. /liliBuilding and maintaining relationships with repeat clients, and pro-actively managing your customer list through outbound sales calls, emails and visits (both face-to-face and virtual) to drive loyalty and repeat business. /liliEngaging with suppliers partnersto ensure you are able to provide the most suitable choices for the customer's requirements. /liliWorking towards exceeding daily, monthly annual goals linked to both productivity and financial targets, and being able to collaborate, work as part of a team, and contribute towards a wider group collective. /liliFollowing company procedurein a methodical and chronological way to ensure protection of both TTD and your clients. /liliWorking productively in what can sometimes be a pressurised environment, and making prompt, clear decisions which may involve tough choices or considered risks. /liliRepresenting the business externally at events with suppliers, customers wider industry peers.
