Working closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, vendors, and regional teams, you will help drive projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and delivery commitments. /ppYou will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, facilitating collaboration, managing project governance, and supporting the delivery of solutions that create tangible business value. /ppThis role is well suited to a motivated project management professional who is looking to further develop their career in a global and dynamic environment. and status reports. /liliCoordinate activities across business, IT, and third-party teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deliverables. /liliTrack project progress and proactively manage risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions. /liliEnsure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed scope, timelines, budget, and quality expectations. /liliSupport project closure activities, including handover, documentation, and lessons learned. /li /ulpbBusiness Partnership Stakeholder Management: /b /pulliBuild effective relationships with business stakeholders and technology teams. /liliFacilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to gather requirements and clarify business needs. /liliTranslate business requirements into clear project objectives and delivery plans. /liliProvide regular project updates and reporting to sponsors, steering committees, and leadership teams. /liliPromote effective communication and collaboration across global and regional teams. /li /ulpbGovernance Planning: /b /pulliApply project management methodologies, standards, and governance frameworks. /liliMaintain project documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes. /liliSupport the preparation of business cases, project charters, and governance materials. /liliContribute to portfolio planning and prioritization activities when required. /liliCoordinate internal and external resources involved in project delivery.
