We are looking for a PRL Technician for our Barcelona office to develop, implement, and improve Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) programs in Spain and Portugal. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliDevelop, implement, and supervise the company’s Health, Safety, Security, and Environment policies, procedures, and programs, in compliance with Spanish legislation and EU regulations. /liliConduct risk assessments and workplace inspections to identify hazards, evaluate risks, and implement preventive measures. /liliEnsure compliance with local labor regulations and authorities. /liliStay up‑to‑date with changes in HSSE legislation and best practices to ensure company compliance.



/liliDefine the national HSSE strategy and ensure its implementation at each site. /liliContribute to and collaborate on HSSE audits and maintain adequate records in coordination with focal points. /liliSupport branch HSSE management systems in coordination with focal points. /liliServe as liaison with union representatives and safety committees. /liliPromote the use of HSSE reporting tools and compliance with HSSE performance and KPIs. /liliDesign and deliver HSSE training programs for employees at all levels, including emergency response, first aid, ergonomics, and safe work practices. /liliPromote a strong safety culture within the company through awareness campaigns, informational talks, and safety committees. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
