The role focuses on monitoring day‑to‑day security activities, analyzing incidents, and ensuring compliance with internal standards and external regulations. /p pWorking closely with internal stakeholders (Security, Facilities, Health Safety, and IT) and external providers, the analyst helps maintain a safe and secure environment while contributing to operational efficiency and risk mitigation. /p pThis is a hands‑on role with a strong operational and analytical component, requiring attention to detail, proactiveness, and the ability to work with data, tools, and procedures. /p pThe responsibility of this team is to keep the bank secure, and our way of working is proactive, risk‑based and business‑focused. /p h3Your key responsibilities: /h3 pAs a Physical Security Expert you will: /p pSupport the monitoring and management of operational security incidents, ensuring proper tracking, follow‑up, and closure. /p pDevelop and maintain security dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility on incidents, risks, and performance indicators. /p pAssist in the implementation and maintenance of physical security systems (e.g., access control, CCTV, alarm systems). /p pCollaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure effective day‑to‑day security operations. /p pSupport risk assessments and site reviews, identifying gaps and proposing improvements. /p pContribute to the creation and update of procedures, documentation, and playbooks to ensure traceability and consistency. /p pParticipate in incident investigations and reporting, including root cause analysis and lessons learned. /p pManagement and control of institutional or ING‑specific events. /p pManagement and control of events, issues and actions in Irisk.
