and supply chain to identify and mitigate quality issues and risks. /liliDevelop/Enhance supplier audit processes to ensure high-quality standards. /liliContribute to supplier SBR/QBR /liliDrive investigations through tiger teams for quality issues and achieve RCA and drive CLCA. /liliDrive 8D process to identify and address quality issues and/or process improvements for NPI, production sustaining. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. MS is a plus. /liliExperience in Quality Engineering in high-tech manufacturing (preferably networking equipment) and working with contract manufacturing partners /liliKnowledgeable and practical experience in different Quality Management Systems, such as ISO/TL 9000 and others. /liliExperience in establishing Quality Key Performance Metrics to drive continuous improvements. /liliExperience in PCBA manufacturing, electro-mechanical assembly, and associated processes /liliBroad knowledge of tests, diagnostics, failure analysis, and debug techniques /liliFoundational knowledge in quality and reliability performance metrics /liliAbility to work cross-functionally, including the ability to balance the technical and business aspects of hardware manufacturing /lili10+ years of related experience in the Semiconductor or Electronic industries /liliExperience with the Six Sigma approach and methods /liliBasic understanding of ERP systems and supply chain concepts /liliSelf-starter who can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment /liliAbility to influence and motivate internal and external partners /liliStrong communication and presentation skills /li /ulp#LI-SZ1 /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
