ppWe are looking for a postdoctoral researcher interested in applying for a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship 2026 with MiceLab at the University of Girona, Spain. /p pOur research focuses on artificial intelligence for diabetes care. We are particularly interested in candidates with experience in: /p ul lilarge language models (LLMs) and foundation models for diabetes care /li liagentic AI and autonomous AI systems in diabetes /li limachine learning and clinical decision support /li liglucose prediction and digital twins /li liautomated insulin delivery /li liwearable devices and continuous glucose monitoring data /li /ul pPossible research directions include multimodal foundation models combining clinical, glucose, behavioural, and wearable data; trustworthy AI agents supporting patients and healthcare professionals; and the use of LLMs to improve diabetes education, decision support, and personalised care. /p pThe selected candidate will work with the MiceLab team to develop a competitive MSCA proposal based on their own research profile and ideas.
