ph3Job Profile /h3 ul liTo architect sales excellence, advanced data analytics, digital tools, and AI adoption across the One Solution Operations Customer Project Office (CPO). /li liThe role drives AI-enabled decision intelligence, automation, and digital workflows, ensuring measurable impact on opportunity management, execution performance, and operational efficiency—aligned with Schneider Electric’s enterprise AI and digital transformation roadmap. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDelegated Admin and bFO Super Champion for 1 Solution Operation Governance: /li liSupport/train related members to bFO usage. /li liDesign and maintain robust master data structures (public groups, solution centers, HUB definitions, GB+ interfaces). /li liParticipate to the ticket2929 answering , and to the testing of bFO evolutions. /li liParticipate to the monthly calls animating the delegated admin and super champion community. /liliGlobal Digitization for CPO / Identification Deployment: /li liCollaborate with CPO teams across clusters to identify best practices, innovative tools and dashboards. /li liEvaluate scalability and adapt tools for integral deployment. /li liLead the standardization and harmonization of digital practices across regions. /li liAI Automation Enablement: /li liChampion the adoption of AI and automation within CPO teams. /li liConduct task reviews with CPOs to identify automation opportunities. /li liInterface with AI specialists and implement/deploy new practices involving AI. /li liPromote AI literacy and train teams to integrate AI into daily operations. /li liTrack and report on AI adoption KPIs.



/li liOpportunity Portfolio Performance Visibility: /li liDevelop and maintain bFO dashboards to monitor all Regions i.e. International Europe opportunity portfolios. /li liProvide monthly performance analysis for each Zone HUB. /li liInterface with IT community and resources: /li liKnow the IT organization and liaise with internal digital stakeholders (Digital Transformation Leaders, Data Officers, E2E Architects, AI specialists , etc.). /li liOnce a mock-up is validated, mobilize internal resources to scale applications globally. /li liEnsure alignment with Schneider Electric’s digital transformation roadmap. /li /ul h3What's in it for you /h3 ul liUniversity degree in Engineering , Data, Digital Systems or Business with strong IT acumen. /li liProven experience in data analytics, enterprise digital tools, and cross-functional collaboration. /li liAdvanced literacy and analytical thinking /li liStrong interpersonal communication and leadership. /li liChange management and stakeholder engagement. /li liStrong Familiarity with platforms like bFO, GreenBerry, Tableau, Power BI and other Schneider digital ecosystems. /li liScope: Europe / MEAS / APAC (with collaboration across NAM and other regions). /li /ul pSchneider Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
