You’ll support clients in choosing the most suitable business solution and take part in digital transformation. /p h3Your key responsibilities /h3 pYou will support the operational coordination of an international SOC environment, ensure disciplinedcommunication across shifts and stakeholders, and help maintain consistent service quality acrosssecurity operations activities. /p ul liCoordinate daily activities within a b24x7 Security Operations Center. /b /li liMonitor security incident handling, ticket queues, and escalation activities. /li liSupport the coordination of major incidents and critical security events. /li liEnsure smooth shift handovers and clear operational communication. /li liSupport SOC analysts in day-to-day operational questions and prioritization. /li liContribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, andstandard operating procedures. /li liCollaborate with customers, service managers, technical teams, and international cybersecuritystakeholders. /li liSupport reporting, quality assurance, audit-related activities, and service review preparation. /li /ul h3Skills and attributes for success /h3 ul liStrong communication and coordination skills in an international delivery setup. /li liStructured and proactive working style with the ability to keep oversight in operational and criticalsituations. /li liCustomer-focused mindset and ability to interact professionally with German-speaking stakeholders. /li liSound understanding of IT Security, SOC operations, and security incident management principles. /li liAbility to work effectively within a b24x7 shift-based operating model.



/b /li /ul h3To qualify for the role, you must have /h3 ul liFluent German language skills, both written and spoken, at C1 level or higher. /li liGood English communication skills for collaboration in a global environment. /li liKnowledge of IT Security and Cyber Security principles. /li liUnderstanding of Security Incident Management processes. /li liFamiliarity with SIEM platforms such as Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, or IBM QRadar. /li liExperience working with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or comparable platforms. /li liWillingness to work in a 24x7 shift environment. /li /ul h3Ideally, you’ll also have /h3 ul liKnowledge of Microsoft Defender XDR and Microsoft Sentinel. /li liAwareness of cloud security concepts for Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud. /li liBasic understanding of threat detection, incident response, ITIL, or security certifications such as SC-200 or CompTIA Security+. /li /ul h3What we look for /h3 pWe are looking for a proactive and reliable coordinator who creates clarity in daily SOC operations,supports analysts with structure and communication, and helps ensure consistent delivery quality.
