Experteer Overview
In this role you ensure contracted PV activities are delivered on time and within budget, with quality and regulatory compliance. You support project teams as the PV expert and assist senior leadership on client and company matters. You oversee scope, schedule, and cost changes, maintain strong client relations, and manage quality assurance, audits, and CAPA processes. You collaborate across PrimeVigilance and client departments to ensure high-quality delivery and regulatory adherence, driving successful client engagements.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Deliver contracted activities on behalf of PrimeVigilance clients within budget, on time, and with quality and regulatory compliance
• Provide PV expert support to project teams and senior leadership as needed




• Maintain client relations and ensure high-quality outputs for each client
• Oversee changes to project scope, schedule, and costs
• Coordinate client meetings, training, and issue escalation processes
• Ensure all personnel are aware of client scope and project requirements
• Review client core documents and ensure alignment with the project
• Ensure timely invoice preparation and delivery
• Advise clients on PV regulatory changes when needed
• Oversee Quality Management System activities for the client and ensure regulatory obligations are met
• Participate in client audits and inspections
