The onboarding process will take place in the supported country (Netherlands, Belgium, Germany) for approximately 1–3 months. After this initial period, travel will be occasional.

Role Accountabilities

- Assist in developing innovative solutions for treating persistent substances,



recovering resources and energy, and improving process sustainability.

- Collaborate with colleagues across civil engineering, process automation, and environmental technology to deliver multidisciplinary projects.

- Contribute to project coordination by helping prepare action plans and draft proposals.

- Help prepare and plan renovations or expansions for wastewater treatment plants serving public and industrial clients.

- Participate in feasibility studies and support technical design for both national and international customers.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline).

- .

- Basic understanding of water and residual flow treatment processes (willingness to learn further).

- Able to follow guidance from senior team members and the Netherlands-based team, while gradually developing independent working skills.

- Fluent in English and Spanish; knowledge of Dutch, German, or Catalan is a plus.

- Eager to learn, with a result‑oriented, customer‑focused, and innovative attitude. xcskxlj
