You'll use data to solve complex business problems while also supporting the growth and development of your teammates. This highly cross‑functional and visible role directly shapes key business and product decisions. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liTake full ownership of strategic data science projects, from exploration to deployment. /li liGuide, mentor, and support a small team of Data Scientists, helping them grow technically and professionally. /li liDesign and build models for personalization, forecasting, user behavior analysis, and marketing efficiency. /li liCollaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other teams to turn data insights into real‑world impact. /li liHelp prioritize projects effectively based on value and feasibility, keeping a strong product and user focus. /li liPlay an active role in hiring, onboarding, and nurturing an inclusive team culture. /li liPartner with senior leaders to inform strategic planning for the Data function at Fever. /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liYou have strong foundations in statistics, machine learning, and mathematics (Master’s or PhD is a plus). /li liYou are confident in exploring data, designing models, and evaluating their performance with rigor. /li liYou thrive in ambiguity,
