Business Administration or similar (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus) /li liAt least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal. /li liExperience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory. /li liFluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. /li liKnowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation. /li liStrong communication, presentation, and analytical skills /li liAbility to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization /li /ul h3Certifications Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree /li liMaster’s in HR /li liMBA /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
