ppYour role /p pAs Plant HR Manager (m/f/d), you will lead the HR function for two key manufacturing sites in Spain, serving as a strategic advisor to local leadership teams and a champion for employee engagement and organizational effectiveness. You will guide approximately 550+ employees through an evolving business environment while ensuring excellent HR service delivery, strong employee relations, and sustainable business performance across the Guardamar del Segura battery plant and the Ibi poly plant. /p pThe position will be based at the Clarios battery plant in bGuardamar del Segura /b in Spain. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liRepresent the EMEA HR function at plant level, providing strategic HR leadership and ensuring alignment between regional HR strategy and local business execution while acting as the primary HR business partner to the Plant Manager. /li liOverall responsibility for all HR processes at the site, including temporary labor, recruiting, talent development, employee relations, labor law compliance, payroll and HR administration /li liLeadership and development of the local HR teams /li liEstablish and maintain a strong HR Business Partner role for the Plant Manager while representing the EMEA HR organization at site, ensuring regional HR strategies, standards, and initiatives are effectively implemented locally /li liDesign and implementation of a future-oriented HR agenda in the context of growth, organizational development, and leadership culture /li liConfident and solution-oriented collaboration with the Works Council /li liOverall governance of the payroll agenda /li liEnsuring discipline and managerial accountability within the production environment together with the leadership team /li liStrengthening, refining, and continuously supervising existing compensation, benefits, and performance management systems. /li liSupporting employee engagement, company culture,
and internal communication /li liActive involvement in cross-functional, international HR projects (HR digitalization, process efficiency, leadership development) /li /ul h3Knowledge, Skills And Abilities /h3 ul liUniversity degree in HR, Law, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field /li liSolid years of experience as HR Manager / HR Lead in an industrial production environment, ideally automotive environment /li liAdvanced working knowledge of labor law and its practical application. /li liProven track record in transformation or change processes, ideally involving cultural and/or structural change /li liExperience working with Works Councils and confidence in handling labor law matters /li liIdeally, experience in building or scaling HR structures in growing organizations /li liFluency in Spanish and English language /li liA strong leader with a cooperative mindset, bringing clarity, structure, and energy to the team /li liStrong interpersonal skills and assertiveness – credible on the shopfloor as well as within the management team /li liAbility to think strategically while reliably managing operational HR processes /li /ul h3What we offer you /h3 ul liExciting professional tasks and challenges in a diverse international future-oriented environment with strong commitment to integrity, values, social engagement, and sustainability /li liYour well-being is very important to us: Private medical,
