ph3About The Job /h3 pIf you enjoy working at the intersection of security, compliance, and global stakeholder management, this role is for you. /p h3About The Job /h3 pYou will join the Allianz Cyber Defense Center (ACDC), a global team operating 24/7 to protect Allianz’s systems, employees, and customer data from evolving cyber threats. In this role, you will act as a key link between security operations, governance teams, and business stakeholders, ensuring that our incident response processes and controls meet the highest regulatory and compliance standards. As a Compliance Audit Specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and maintaining audit‑ready processes, supporting critical regulatory initiatives such as DORA, and continuously improving how security compliance is embedded across the organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work in an international environment, contribute to a global transformation, and have a direct impact on how security and compliance are managed at scale within a leading financial services organization. /p h3What You Do /h3 ul liDefine and manage audit processes end-to-end, including structured evidence gathering, documentation, and preparation of audit‑ready materials /li liSupport internal and external audit activities targeting the global security incident process and ensure timely delivery of audit evidence /li liOversee implementation of security controls in collaboration with the IS Governance function and create actionable compliance plans /li liIdentify opportunities for controls automation and continuous monitoring /li liSupport the development and continuous improvement of the global security incident response process /li liContribute by the implementation of regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA) /li liAct as liaison between the ACDC, local/global IT, other InfoSec functions, IS Governance function and third parties /li liSupport in the compliance process for third party providers /li liCollaborate with the Allianz Group‑wide IT and Information Security community /li liConsult on local Information Security assurance reviews (logging concepts, security playbooks) /li /ul h3What You Bring /h3 ul li+5 years of experience in compliance, audit,
