Hold self and others accountable for mutual professional expectations and outcomes. /li /ul /li liCompliance ul liMaintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards, ensuring quality and adherence to standards by using auditing and quality assurance approaches. /li liPartner with department leaders of Center for Professional Excellence and Accreditation Services to improve staff performance, compliance and documentation. /li /ul /li liOperations ul liServe as point of contact and resource for daily operations, addressing problem trends and developing,
