The role translates financial data into actionable business insights, ensures alignment between financial performance and strategic objectives, and supports effective resource allocation across the region. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliAct as key partner of the Regional Director for Business units in achieving the Company’s Mid Term Plan target, strategy and policy. /liliManage key operations teams at head office, including the Finance Team, Credit Team, Accounting Controls, and general services. /liliIdentify financial risks, cost and profit opportunities; collaborate with non‑financial directors to develop and implement business projects. /liliPrepare and evaluate business cases and monitor results. /liliContribute significantly to the South West Region Leadership Team. /liliCoordinate, produce and report Actual, Budget and Mid Term Plan financial results to the Managing Director, Executive Team and European Head Office. /liliPerform variance analysis, provide explanations and make recommendations for Top Management decisions. /liliMonitor OPEX; work with functions to manage spending in line with company performance. /liliManage working capital – receivables, inventory, payables and company asset control. /liliEnsure credit risk exposure is balanced and under control; conduct credit reviews and enforce payment plans. /liliSupervise accounting activities in compliance with legal, tax and group requirements; establish internal control procedures.
