Utilizar sistemas de gestión de reservas para mantener actualizada la información sobre disponibilidad, tarifas y políticas del hotel en conjunto con el channel manager. Gestionar las reservas grupales en conjunto con jefe de ventas. Realizar un seguimiento constante de las cancelaciones y reprogramaciones, ajustando la disponibilidad en consecuencia y gestionando los cobros pertinentes. /lili2. Atención al cliente: Responder consultas de huéspedes de manera efectiva y amable. Resolver problemas relacionados con reservas y alojamiento de manera optimizado.
