ppThe Sustainable Business Trainee will support the implementation of the ESG and sustainability strategy across Minor Hotels Europe Americas, contributing to reporting, data analysis, and coordination of key transversal projects. /p pJoin our Sustainable Business team and contribute to shaping a more responsible hospitality model, supporting ESG strategy, reporting and impactful initiatives across multiple countries. /p h3What will be your mission? /h3 pThe Sustainable Business Trainee will support the implementation of the ESG and sustainability strategy across Minor Hotels Europe Americas, contributing to reporting, data analysis, and coordination of key transversal projects. /p pJoin our Sustainable Business team and contribute to shaping a more responsible hospitality model, supporting ESG strategy, reporting and impactful initiatives across multiple countries. /p h3What will you do? /h3 ul liAs part of Sustainable Business Department coordinate SB transversal key projects: Sustainable Business Strategy implementation, SB inventories and reporting tools, SB KPIs modelling and monitoring, ESG information requests. /li liCommunicating Sustainable Business Plan and key projects progress with Minor’s sustainable team. /li liAnnual Report: material and texts writing. Texts, KPIs and figures, images, and layout supervision. /li liCoordinating Minor Hotels Europe Americas integral sustainability reporting and assurance processes. /li liInternal Control over sustainability information. /li liCommunications and social media support to SB projects.



/li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 h3EXPERIENCE /h3 pExperience at CSR/Sustainability departments will be appreciated. /p h3QUALIFICATIONS /h3 ul liAcademic in environmental management, ESG or related fields will be valued. /li /ul h3PREFERRED SKILLS /h3 ul liEnvironmental management systems and Hospitality Sustainability standards (ISO, Greenkey, GSTC…). /li liESG Due diligence process. /li liCSRD, ESRS, sustainability reporting standards. /li liSDGs. /liliAnalytical skills. /li liLeadership and team working skills. /li liStrategic mind-set. /li liDesign thinking skills. /li liCommunication abilities. /li liMicrosoft office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point. /li liHigh level of spoken and written English.
