Additional education in Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Processes will be positively valued. /p pThe Manufacturing Lead Buyer will be responsible for leading the procurement of all mechanical components and assemblies derived from internal design, ensuring technical accuracy, cost competitiveness, quality, and delivery performance. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liConvert technical drawings and BOMs into detailed purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO) according to project needs. /li liManage daily communication with mechanical suppliers, ensuring timely confirmation of orders, manufacturing progress, and delivery confirmations. /li liReview and validate supplier quotations, ensuring technical compliance and alignment with 2D/3D design documentation. /li liCoordinate with Engineering for design modifications or technical deviations, updating instructions and supplier documentation accordingly. /li liOversee first article inspections (FAI) and ensure dimensional, surface, and material conformity before series deliveries. /li liSupport incoming quality control processes, addressing non-conformities, and leading supplier corrective actions. /li liMaintain all supplier and order data in SAP R3 (MM) module,
