Featuring luxury accommodation, destination restaurants, wellness experiences and world-class hospitality, ZEST is set to become one of the island's premier destinations. /p pAs we prepare for opening, we are looking for an experienced bDirector of Finance /b to join our Executive Leadership Team and help shape the financial success of this landmark resort. /p h3The Opportunity /h3 pReporting to the bRegional Director of Finance /b, with a dotted line to the bGeneral Manager /b, you will lead all aspects of the resort's finance function—from pre-opening through to ongoing operations. /p pThis is a rare opportunity to build a finance operation from the ground up, implement systems and controls, develop high-performing teams and act as a true commercial partner to the leadership team. /p pYou'll play a key role in ensuring strong financial governance while helping drive profitability across every area of the business. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead the finance function for the resort and build a high-performing finance team. /li liDeliver budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and financial planning. /li liPrepare monthly management accounts and board-level reporting for ownership and investors. /li liDrive EBITDA performance through commercial partnership with operational leaders. /li liMonitor labour, payroll, food beverage, purchasing and departmental costs. /li liEstablish robust financial controls, compliance procedures and governance. /li liEnsure compliance with Spanish accounting, taxation and statutory requirements.
