In this role, you will assist customers through social media and other digital communication channels, delivering outstanding support and ensuring a positive customer experience. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liRespond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms and digital channels. /li liProvide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently. /li liHandle complaints professionally and escalated more complex issues when appropriate. /li liCommunicate with empathy, professionalism, and a customer-first approach. /li liFollow company policies and quality standards in every interaction. /li liAchieve individual productivity and performance goals. /li /ul h3What We're Looking For /h3 ul liFluency in Italian, both written and spoken. /li liEnglish proficiency at an intermediate level (B1/B2). /li liTyping speed of at least 20 words per minute. /li liExcellent communication and problem-solving abilities. /li liStrong customer service orientation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. /li liBasic computer skills and familiarity with social media platforms.
