ph3We are looking for a BESS Project Manager /h3 pFor our Production Operation Department, manage current construction commissioning projects. /p h3Functions Responsibilities /h3 ul libLead the execution and delivery of utility-scale BESS projects /b from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning, testing, and Commercial Operation Date (COD); ensuring safe, on schedule, within budget, and compliance delivery. Ensure a smooth and complete transition of projects from construction to Operations Maintenance teams. /li liAct as the bprimary point of contact /b between internal departments, EPC contractors, OEMs, consultants, grid operators, authorities, and other project stakeholders. /li libDevelop, maintain, and monitor project execution plans /b, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and resource plans throughout the project lifecycle. Arrangement of regular meetings providing accurate reports. /li liCoordinating bInternal Stakeholders /b to ensure project milestones are achieved; Monitoring bExternal Stakeholders /b ensuring compliance with contractual obligations, HSE standards, quality requirements, and project specifications. /li liImplementing bmitigation measures and corrective actions /b when necessary. /li liReview and manage contracts, change orders, claims, variations, and commercial matters in coordination with legal, procurement, and finance teams. Support procurement activities. /li liEnsure all permitting, environmental, interconnection, land, and regulatory requirements are fulfilled throughout project execution. /li libCoordinate technical reviews /b including detailed engineering, equipment approvals, factory acceptance tests (FAT), site acceptance tests (SAT), and commissioning procedures. Coordinate testing activities to ensure contractual guarantees and technical performance requirements are achieved. /li libOversee construction activities on-site /b, ensuring adherence to approved designs, construction standards, quality plans, and safety procedures.
