Your goal is to optimize project profitability, ensure budget adherence, and lead a team of Commercial Project Managers (CPMs) to success. /b /p pbYou’ll make a difference by: /b /p ul liEnsuring the accuracy of project financials, compliance with Siemens guidelines, and robust management reporting. /li liPartnering with Project Execution management to optimize gross profit, cash flow, and asset utilization. /li liProactively managing commercial risks, opportunities, and claims, taking full responsibility for financial outcomes. /li liLeading, developing, and empowering a team of commercial project and finance professionals. /li liActing as a strategic business partner, representing projects in key decision boards and negotiating with customers. /li liDriving continuous improvement and productivity measures across project execution processes. /li /ul pbYour success is grounded in: /b /p ul liExtensive experience (8+ years) as a Commercial Project Manager (CPM/WPC) with a Siemens B Certification.
