This dynamic new program has students complete their bachelor’s degree in business administration across four different universities, spending each year of the program in a new city. This role involves acting as a key liaison between students, faculty, and multiple IE and partner university departments, ensuring alignment and excellence across all touchpoints. Additionally, you will lead the management and student experience of the Global BBA and ensure the effective implementation of institutional guidelines and policies. extracurricular, and transversal activities. /li liMaintain meticulous records and compile information pertaining to various initiatives and special projects. /li liContributes to the design and implementation of activities designed specifically for the Global BBA program. /li liTravel with students on extracurricular and curricular activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 pbTo thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: /b /p ul liBachelor’s degree is preferred. /li liBilingual, or advanced proficiency, in both English and Spanish (written and oral), with substantial professional experience in both languages. /li li2-5 years of professional experience is required. /li liInternational experience is strongly preferred. /li liStrong project management capabilities. /li liThe candidate will demonstrate solid customer management skills, the ability to work under pressure, and high level of accountability. /li liExperience in multi-stakeholder environments, as well as excellent communication skills and strong customer orientation, is essential. /li liCandidates must possess a valid EU work permit /li liWillingness to travel! /li /ul pUnleash your full potential and make an impact.
