ppBridgestone is a global automotive and industrial products company with a strong presence in the Americas, Europe, Middle East, and Africa. /p h3About the Role /h3 pThe SAP SD/LE Application Architect will design, govern, and support SAP Sales Logistics solutions across Bridgestone EMEA’s pan‑European landscape. The role works collaboratively with business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and delivery partners to translate business needs into robust, standard‑driven SAP solutions. /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pThe Architect supports Bridgestone EMEA’s logistics and sales capabilities by defining, harmonising, and governing SAP SD/LE solutions across projects and operations. The role ensures solution consistency, technical fit, and alignment with SAP standards while supporting high‑quality delivery, continuous improvement, and SAP roadmap initiatives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liUnderstand business needs and contribute to solution design. /li liAssess technical feasibility within the current SAP landscape and bridge non‑standard requirements with strategy to maximise SAP standard adoption. /li liDefine implementation options aligned with SAP best practices. /li liTranslate proposed solutions into functional design documents. /li liEnsure integration across SAP modules and with existing satellite systems. /li liCollaborate with implementation partners and review solution approaches, workload, risks, and impacts. /li liConfigure and test solutions hands‑on within the SAP system. /li liEvaluate solutions proposed by partners and support teams. /li liEnsure alignment with SAP standards and integration requirements. /li liProvide expert advice to support teams and contribute to Change Approval Boards. /li liAct as 3rd‑level functional support for complex SAP SD/LE issues. /li liPromote SAP standard functionality and harmonised solutions.
