Experteer Overview
In this role, you manage physical security for Microsoft datacenters, partnering with vendor guards to protect personnel, infrastructure, and data. You’ll lead risk-based security programs, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and communicate findings to leaders. You’ll drive program maturity, budgeting considerations, and incident response, contributing to Microsoft’s secure cloud operations. This role offers global scope, 24/7 on-call responsibilities, and opportunities to advance in a world-class security program.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Oversee physical security policies and guard operations at datacenters to meet Microsoft and customer requirements
• Analyze security threats and risks with minimal assistance and escalate when needed
• Implement security protocols to protect personnel and assets
• Maintain and enhance security programs within own area of responsibility
• Partner with datacenter operations and stakeholders to ensure secure, continuous operations




• Improve overall security program efficiency, maturity, and resource optimization (budget, automation)
• Triage escalations for security incidents and keep regional leadership informed
• Participate in on-call rotations (24x7x365) and travel as required
• Contribute to stakeholder efforts to support security capabilities and risk identification
• Summarize and report risk analyses to internal stakeholders and leaders

Responsabilidades
• 4+ years' experience in Security Program or Program Management or related field
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements (Microsoft Cloud Background Check)
