/li /ulh3Product Compliance /h3ulliAct as the primary legal partner for product, design, and marketing teams. /liliMaintain and update the company's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and other user‑facing legal documents. /liliAdvise product and marketing teams on data privacy and consumer law compliance, including GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent international frameworks. /liliCollaborate with engineering and product teams to ensure that features and new initiatives align with applicable data protection and digital consumer laws. /liliSupport new product initiatives such as subscription models, including refund, cancellation, and payment flow policies. /liliBalance compliance and business goals by providing risk‑based recommendations rather than rigid interpretations of regulations. /li /ulh3Data Protection Privacy (DPO Responsibilities) /h3ulliServe as Scrambly’s Data Protection Officer, responsible for overseeing compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and equivalent laws in Japan, Korea, and the UK. /liliMonitor data processing activities, maintain records of processing, and ensure privacy‑by‑design principles are implemented in collaboration with product and engineering. /liliLead responses to data subject requests, data incidents, and regulatory inquiries,
