ppFrom Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Project Manager / PMO Consultant to join our teams in a strategic transformation programme for a leading international insurance company. /p pLocation: Hybrid - Spain /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead and coordinate transformation initiatives across business and technology teams, ensuring scope, planning, risks, dependencies, and deliverables are properly managed. /li liProvide PMO support across general workstreams, including project tracking, reporting, governance materials, RAID logs, action plans and decision follow-up. /li liAct as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners, ensuring alignment and clear communication. /li liSupport business analysis activities when needed: requirements gathering, process documentation, workshops and functional follow-up. /li liPrepare executive-level presentations, status reports and steering committee materials. /li liMonitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive actions to ensure timely delivery. /li liCoordinate international stakeholders and support the adoption of new processes, tools or operating models. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience as Project Manager,



PMO Consultant or Business Consultant in transformation projects. /li liPrevious experience in consulting or professional services environments will be highly valued. /li liStrong PMO skills: planning, reporting, governance, risk management, follow-up and stakeholder coordination. /li liExperience working in international and cross-functional environments. /li liBackground in insurance or financial services is highly valued. /li liStrong communication skills and ability to prepare clear executive documentation. /li liFluent English and Spanish. /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience in insurance transformation projects, operating model changes, process improvement or digital initiatives. /li liKnowledge of Agile, hybrid or waterfall delivery models. /li liExperience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, PowerPoint, Excel or similar. /li liAdditional European language will be positively valued. /li /ul h3About Winning Consulting /h3 pAt Winning Consulting, we support our clients through consulting, training, recruitment and research.
