As Investigator Contracts Lead II in our Spain FSP Clinical Operations team, you steer high-priority site contracts and budgets from negotiation to execution. You guide cross-functional colleagues and external partners to meet trial timelines while balancing risk. You play a key role in PSC management and escalate issues to keep studies on track. This role supports accelerating patient access to new therapies within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You’ll shape contracting strategies with global impact.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Serve as the single point of contact for high-priority or complex contracting cases and resolve issues with limited oversight
• Exercise independent judgment in site contracting to balance client risk and study timelines
• Manage contract and budget escalations from FSP and pCRO ICLs with limited consultation
• Follow client processes to develop, negotiate, track, and execute global study agreements with investigators and institutions
• Lead other ICL, pCRO, and FSP negotiators to meet study goals with moderate guidance
• Partner with Legal, Finance, pCRO,



and other divisions to address escalations and identify improvement opportunities in contracting
• Develop and maintain relationships with key investigational sites and SMOs across contracting and budgeting interfaces
• Collaborate with invoicing specialists to ensure alignment with site contracting and compensation requirements
• Contribute to design and implementation of major business initiatives or special projects
• Maintain knowledge of Parexel processes, ICH-GCPs, and applicable requirements

Responsabilidades
• Strengths in contract negotiation, site budgeting, and cross-functional stakeholder management
• Experience in clinical research, clinical trial outsourcing, or a regulated environment
• Ability to lead by influence to achieve deliverables
• Detail-oriented with precise communication and presentation skills
• Comfort working in highly matrixed, global organizations with Legal, Finance, and CRO partner teams
• Significant experience with clinical study budgets and contracting principles
• Advanced knowledge of site contracting and budgeting concepts
