As a People Business Partner in the People Team you will be in charge of: /p ul liPartner with People Team Expertise Areas (PEAs) to co-create, and implement the HR agenda related to initiatives such as: Workforce planning; Organizational design; Talent development; Performance management; Compensation cycles and engagement programs. /li liActing as trusted advisor and key point of contact for all people-related matters, you will develop strong partnerships with eDO leaders within your assigned business areas,



proactively guiding and supporting their understanding and implementation of People Team strategies and initiatives through the application of critical thinking to assess needs and recommend appropriate actions. /li /ul h3What you need to succeed: /h3 pGood to have /p pBring your unique perspective, speak up, and offer disruptive solutions.
