They’ve got an outstanding ability to find solutions and carry out testing in a purely digital environment. /p pWe’re looking for a Deputy Money Laundering Reporting Officer to join Revolut’s Crypto entity in Gibraltar, and ensure that the Financial Crime and Anti-Money Laundering Control Frameworks at Revolut are operating effectively. A professional excited to design, lead, and shape the future of oversight and compliance. A sharp mind who can quickly identify money laundering risk and maintain systems and controls, considering a range of factors. Be warned, this is a very hands‑on role. /p h3What you’ll be doing /h3 ul liDefining, developing, and documenting the Financial Crime and AML Programme to manage all sources of regulatory risk and provide reporting which meets the needs of the regulator, local, and Group management /li liWorking closely with the local FinCrime team,
the Group FinCrime team, and other senior managers to identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory compliance risks /li liDetermining priorities and resources required to effectively control risks /li liOutlining identification and verification standards for customer onboarding and AML compliance /li liManaging the suspicious activity reporting process, internally and externally /li liTraining staff to identify financial crime, elevate suspicious activity, and make external reports to regulators and law enforcement /li liManaging filings to the local Financial Investigation Unit /liliPartnering with Product Owners to educate and drive the appropriate execution of compliance requirements /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liFluency in English /li liA bachelor’s degree in law, finance, or other relevant field of study /li li3+ years of experience in a FinCrime role in financial services /li liDeep understanding of Gibraltar’s AML/CTF laws, GFSC’s Distributed Ledger Technology regulations, and other relevant local regulations /li liKnowledge and experience of best practice in financial services regulation, fraud detection methodologies, and emerging practice in financial crime and money laundering typologies /li liExcellent communication skills with the ability to motivate others /li liThe ability to exercise oversight, knowledge, and understanding of financial crime and AML policies, procedures, and control arrangements in a complex financial operation /li liDeep knowledge of EU regulatory environments and key financial crime regimes /li liAn understanding of payment systems and markets with a focus on technology and mobile applications /li /ul h3Nice to have /h3 ul liExperience as a FinCrime professional in a crypto company /li liGACO Professional Compliance Certificate /li liA professional qualification from an internationally recognised body (ICA, ACAMS, etc.) /li /ul pUp for the challenge?
