In this role, you will act as a key technical reference for our customers, leveraging your solid experience in the cooling industry — particularly with DX and chilled‑water systems — to support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liProvide technical support and guidance to customers via telephone and email. /li liAssist customers with product selection, system design, and troubleshooting. /li liAttend appropriate quality conference calls. /li liCollaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise during the pre‑sales process. /li liConduct post‑sales support by addressing customer inquiries and resolving technical issues. /li liStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and product developments. /li liContribute to the development of technical support documentation and resources. /li /ul h3Languages /h3 ul liFluent Spanish (spoken and written) is required. /li liGood working proficiency in English. /li /ul h3Technical Expertise /h3 ul liProven experience in the cooling / air‑conditioning industry, with hands‑on exposure to DX and chilled water systems. /li liUnderstanding of computer room and data center cooling requirements is a strong advantage. /li liSolid PC skills, with proficiency in relevant software applications and digital tools. /li /ul h3Professional Skills /h3 ul liExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
