/liliWork with both original and stock footage to create engaging content. /liliIdentify opportunities to integrate AI into creative processes to increase efficiency while maintaining creative excellence. /liliCollaborate with Creative Strategists, Copywriters, Motion Designers, Marketing teams, and external partners throughout the creative process. /liliPresent creative concepts and effectively communicate design decisions to stakeholders. /liliEnsure brand consistency and maintain the highest quality standards across every deliverable. /liliPrepare production-ready artwork for both digital and print environments. /liliCoordinate with external vendors to ensure flawless execution of creative assets. /liliManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and business objectives. /liliContinuously research design trends, emerging content formats, and AI-powered creative tools to improve workflows and creative output. /li /ulh3Who You Are /h3ulli3–5 years of experience in branding, creative agencies, or high-end design studios. /liliOutstanding portfolio demonstrating excellence in branding, campaign development, digital design, editorial, and visual storytelling. /liliStrong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Figma, and Canva. /liliProven experience using AI creative tools such as Midjourney, Krea, Gemini, Firefly, or similar within professional design workflows. /liliProven ability to lead creative projects from concept through final delivery. /liliStrong understanding of branding systems, typography, layout, composition, and digital design principles. /liliExperience designing for social-first and digital marketing campaigns. /liliKnowledge of print production, digital asset preparation, and artwork finalization. /liliExcellent project management and organizational skills.
