ph3Job Description: /h3 pJoin our dynamic Manufacturing Technologies and Co-design (RT RD) team, focused on advancing the future of aircraft manufacturing. You will be at the forefront of developing new technologies and processes that will shape the next generation of aircrafts, tackling current limitations and improving existing solutions. /p pOur team is also responsible for providing continuous support to manufacturing activities in Illescas, and offering global expertise on manufacturing processes through Airbus Process Instructions (AIPIs). /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liLead bRT projects and trials /b like Wing of Tomorrow, HTP multispar, fuselage components and hydrogen tanks for the aircraft of the future /li liManage and maintain bAIPIs /b as focal point for global application /li liOversee bMFTs /b (Manufacturing Technology Teams) for repairability, prepreg, and auxiliary materials /li liDrive A350 industrialization of Cargo Door /li liCollaborate with engineering teams to define and co-design processes for composite materials and manufacturing capabilities /li liSet up and industrialize composite manufacturing systems aligned with program goals (rate, costs, etc.) /li liAnalyze manufacturing results through inspections, both destructive and nondestructive /li liUse project management tools (planning, risk analysis, PFMEA, PDCA) to ensure project success /li /ul h3Key Skills Qualifications: /h3 ul liStrong knowledge of bcomposite materials /b for aeronautical components /li liExperience in bcomposite manufacturing processes /b /li liExperience in bco-design /b for manufacturing with engineering and materials teams /li liAbility to define, set up, and industrialize systems for composite component manufacturing /li liBackground in bproject management /b with skills in planning, control, and risk management /li liKnowledge of bhealth and safety /b practices in industrial environments /li liExpertise in bprepreg materials /b and understanding of their behavior compared to dry fiber and thermoplastics /li liAbility to conduct trials, analyze results,
